Which guitar strings should i choose for my situation?
I’ve done a little research on guitar strings but found some contradicting advice and am confused about which to buy. Here’s my situation…I’ve been playing for about 4 months. I have an acoustic Yamaha FG700S. I still consider myself elixir guitar strings wiki a beginner but i DO NOT want to take this into account when i chose a guitar. I play mostly chords, not much picking. I don’t do much bending at all and only a little finger picking (i’ve been learning the intro to stairway to heaven). I also don’t do many bar chords but i will be learning them soon. I don’t care much about how easy they are to play, my priority is to get the best sound out of my guitar for the music I am playing. I’ve decided on elixir strings but there are a lot of types.besides the brand, which type of acoustic guitar strings should i get for best sound?
